About the Product  

What World Tour Packages do you offer?

We offer four different World Tour Packages. You can choose from The Tourist (1 Country Kit), The Explorer (3 Country Kits), The Jetsetter (6 Country Kits), or The Globetrotter (12 Country Kits). 

What’s inside a Country Kit?

Country Kits include the following: Country Booklet, Trading Card, Country Flag, Recipe Card, Culture-Based Toys, and 2-3 Art Projects (crafting supplies included).  Your first Country Kit will also include our Welcome Kit, which consists of a passport and globe to chart your child’s travels.

What is the recommended age for children receiving Country Kits?

Country Kits are recommended for elementary school aged children or ages 6-9.

What countries are currently available?

We currently offer Country Kits for the following locations: Australia, Brazil, China, Egypt, France, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Madagascar, Russia, and Spain.

Are Country Kits available for teachers to use in the classroom?

Yes, educators who are interested in using Country Kits in a school setting should contact Customer Service at cs@culturedowl.com for more information.

Ordering Information 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Cultured Owl collects sales tax on orders purchased in the state of Ohio.  All sales tax collected is paid to the state of Ohio as applicable.

How can I change my account information?

You may update or correct any information you have provided by logging into your Cultured Owl account or by contacting us at cs@culturedowl.com.

How do I know that my information is secure on Cultured Owl’s website?

We use SSL encryption which secures your personally identifiable data.  Any information gathered by us is used solely to process and fulfill your requests and orders.

What is your return policy?

All Country Kit shipments are final sales. Cultured Owl does not accept returns or exchanges on Country Kits due to the nature of the product.

  

Delivery Information

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all Country Kit purchases.

Where does Cultured Owl ship?

Cultured Owl currently ships to addresses in the Continental United States. We ship to P.O. Boxes, but we do not currently ship to APO addresses or U.S. Territories. We are unable to ship outside the United States at this time.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you may update your shipping address by logging into your Cultured Owl account or by contacting us at cs@culturedowl.com.

When will my child start to receive Country Kits?

Orders are fulfilled within three business days of purchase.

How can I check on my Country Kit shipment?

You can login to your Cultured Owl account to view your shipment’s tracking information.
